To respect the time of both clients and your service provider, I kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. All clients are required to complete any necessary intake paperwork prior to their appointment. If paperwork is not completed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be automatically canceled. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
